Megan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience. Her career has been spent in public accounting at regional and local firms. Although assurance services have been a focus area, Megan has also had the opportunity to assist clients with tax services, internal audit projects, and various consulting engagements, which included serving as the interim Director of Accounting for a former publicly held company. In addition, she has extensive experience in auditing employee benefit plans completing audits for over 40 different plans in her career, including 401(k), 403(b), pension, ESOP and multi-employer plans. Megan also has a background of performing audits under Government Auditing Standards, including Yellow Book and Single audits. 

Megan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was part of the 2017 class of Leadership Donelson-Hermitage and previously served on the TSCPA Young CPA's Committee.

Megan is a graduate of Donelson Christian Academy in Nashville, TN and Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She has called Tennessee her home for over 30 years and has been married to her husband Brian for over 10 years. Megan and Brian have three boys which keep them busy outside of work. Megan is an avid football fan and enjoys watching the Tennessee Titans. She is also found most Friday nights in the fall cheering on the high school team her husband coaches.

Sandra is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience. She has spent her career in public and private accounting. She has held leadership positions at regional and local firms, most recently as a partner at a large regional firm. Sandra's extensive public accounting experience includes providing tax and audit services for numerous privately held businesses. Her industries of focus have included health care, distribution, manufacturing, construction, farming, and retail.

Sandra is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Sandra has served on various TSCPA Committees and is currently on the TSCPA State Tax Committee. She was part of the 2002 class of Leadership Donelson-Hermitage.

Sandra is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. She has resided in Middle Tennessee for over 30 years and has been married to her husband Patrick for over 40 years. Sandra and Patrick have 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Sandra enjoys reading and all things History. Her passion is visiting historical sites throughout the US and Europe.
